Exchange/Claims/Refund policy

Definition: ‘Exchange’ and ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on the Campus website.

Following situations may arise: -

  • Item was defective
  • Item was damaged during the Shipping
  • Products was / were missing
  • Wrong item was sent by the Seller.
  • Item size is not correct.

We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision.

Buyer need to raise the refund/replace request within 15 days from the date of receipt of product by contacting us on our Phone Number:  +91-11-43272500

Amount will be refunded in genuine return (as mentioned above) and it will be done within 10 working days once we receive the product.

What is the exchange process?

The  exchange and return of the footwear is initiated by sending a request email to  along with the following details :

  1. 3 Images of the footwear which you have received (top, bottom and side).
  2. Order No.
  3. Reason of your exchange/return.


 Above required details are mandatory for exchange/return. Without these details your request can not be processed.

 We would request our patrons to avoid sending us any used footwear for exchange/return request as it will be considered as invalid and the customer will have to borne the to and fro courier cost.

I have requested an exchange, when will I get it?

Once an exchange request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the exchange. The exchange item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up, wherever possible. In all other areas, the exchange is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up/received. 

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product. 

What items can I Exchange?

We allow exchange on items available on our website. In case the item of your choice is not available, a credit note for the full value will be issued.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.

Can I cancel my order?

Customer can cancel the order only before dispatch the product. 

Claim Policy:

Claims are entertained only against manufacturing defects and admissible when shoes have been appropriately used. All minor defects will be considered for repair first and not replaced. Exchange is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full value credit note or refund.

For the sales under “Discount Sales”, there is no refund but exchange available or credit note of the same value (Selling Price after discount).

Definition of Major Manufacturing Defect inFootwear

  • Damaged/Discoloured Upper Material.
  • Broken/Damaged Sole or Insole.

Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

If the product being returned or exchanged is not in accordance with the above parameters, then Buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of money from the Seller and the said item will be reshipped to the buyer at his cost.

Refund Policy:

Amount will be refunded in genuine return (Manufacturing defects / Wrong product Received / Wrong Size Received) and it will be done within 10 working days once we receive the product.

In the case of prepaid order the amount will be refunded through the same mode as the customer has done the payment.

 Note:  If customer wants to exchnage or return their product, the request should be raised within 15 days from the date they receive the product.
