Definition: ‘Exchange’ and ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on the Campus website. In all exchange and return situations, a full value credit note will be issued. Cash refund is not possible.Following situations may arise:-
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during the Shipping
- Products was / were missing
- Wrong item was sent by the Seller.
- Item size is not correct.
We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund/exchange.
Buyer need to raise the refund/replace request within 7 days from the date of receipt of product by contacting us on our Phone Number : : 011-43272521.
In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the Buyer, Buyer will have to return the product and then a Credit Note will be issued for the amount.
A fixed sum of Rs.50/- will be added to the Credit Note towards the Shipping cost incurred by the buyer for genuine returns only. There will be NO Cash Refund.
The buyer can place a fresh order for the entire value of the credit note against the returned goods by giving the credit note details.
What is the exchange process? Why I have been asked to ship the item?
Once you have requested for an exchange, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. Alternately, you can ship it back to us. We will add a fixed shipping charges of Rs.50/= in the credit note. There will be NO Cash Refund. Please note down the courier tracking id for any future reference
I have requested an exchange, when will I get it?
Once an exchange request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the exchange. The exchange item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up, wherever possible. In all other areas, the exchange is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up/received.
Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
What items can I Exchange?
We allow exchange on items available on our website. In case the item of your choice is not available, a credit note for the full value will be issued.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.
How do I cancel an order?
You cannot cancel your order once the order is placed and confirmed.
Claims are entertained only against manufacturing defects and admissible when shoes have been appropriately used. All minor defects will be considered for repair first and not replaced. Exchange is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full value credit note, no questions asked.
For the sales under “Discount Sales”, there is no refund/exchange available.

- Damaged/Discoloured Upper Material.
- Broken/Damaged Sole or Insole.
Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
If the product being returned or exchanged is not in accordance with the above parameters, then Buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of money from the Seller and the said item will be reshipped to the buyer at his cost.
As per our company policy there is NO refund. We are offering exchange/credit vouchers.
